Focus and Scope
Bisnis & Birokrasi: Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi dan Organisasi (JBB, p-ISSN: 0854-3844/e-ISSN: 2355-7826) is an Indonesian-based open access scientific peer-reviewed journal that regularly publishes three times (January, May, September) a year as a forum for knowledge dissemination and exchange in terms of original research and review articles in public, fiscal, and business administration and policy.
The scope includes but is not limited to topics, e.g. public policy, administrative reform, corporate governance, collaborative governance, dynamic public services, e-government, digital governance, e-commerce, local government studies, multi-level governance, financial institutions, behavioral finance, innovation, entrepreneurship, microfinance, human resource, knowledge management, leadership, strategic management, organizational development, institutionalization, organizational behavior, learning culture, fiscal policy, tax administration, international tax, politics of taxation, welfare and national security, and sustainable development.
Since its commencement in 1993, the journal has gained wide visibility and reputation as one of leading scientific journal in the fields, especially when it gets continuously reaccredited by the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemristekdikti RI), and well indexed in the ASEAN Citation Index, Proquest, Google Scholar, Science and Technology Index (SINTA), and Indonesian Publication Index (IPI), also a member of CrossRef that enable the journal got the digital object identifier (DOI) for its article respectively.
In order to maintain the quality standard all submissions will be subject to peer-review process, based on initial editor screening and refereeing by at least two anonymous referees. The editorial board consists of prominent scholars in the fields, in which half of them are affiliated to universities abroad representing four different continents. For a purpose of pre-submission review, the journal gets significant assistance benefit from the ENAGO. Besides, the journal also employs iThenticate and Turnitin for plagiarism & similarity check.

Peer Review Process
Articles included in this journal will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers.
Decisions on whether or not a manuscript will be made by the chief of editor, based on the results of a review of the reviweers.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
